Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Forklift Operator to become a vital part of our expanding team in our Distribution Center. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently servicing a dynamic client base while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklift machinery, cherry pickers, and high-reach equipment with safety and efficiency.
- Conduct warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading, and organizing products using RF scanning technology.
- Accurately pick, stack, wrap, and stage outbound shipments to meet warehouse objectives.
- Follow prescribed workflows to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Strive to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S standards.
- Report any unsafe working conditions promptly.
- Participate in cycle counts and stock replenishment activities.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in safely operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and high-reach equipment.
- Familiarity with order picking, packing, and staging processes, as well as RF scanner technology.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a solid work history.
- Ability to meet daily deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working at heights and using harnesses.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively while also being self-motivated.
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Proficient in reading and writing in English.
- Steel-toed footwear is mandatory.
- Successful completion of a drug screening, physical examination, and background check is required.
