Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, evaluating outcomes and adjusting nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care.
- Perform head-to-toe assessments on all patients and reassessments as per policy.
- Use triage process to ensure timely and appropriate care to patients.
- Collaborate with other specialists as required to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Current NV nursing license.
- 5 years of ER experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plans.
