Technical Proficiencies

  • Skilled in using and supporting Active Directory, Windows, and Office applications.

  • Knowledgeable in diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues.
  • Competent in supporting and configuring Windows Server.
  • Proficient in PC hardware support and network configuration troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM), Microsoft 365, and other related technologies.
  • Basic programming knowledge is advantageous.
  • Ability to troubleshoot networking issues, including internet connectivity and VPN.
  • Capable of providing remote support to users.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in a relevant IT field or equivalent certification with demonstrable experience in IT service delivery.
  • Experience in a customer-oriented IT support role, focusing on technical problem resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a proven track record of resolving IT-related issues.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Service Desk and Desktop services.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-driven and proactive in taking initiative.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
