  • Engage with guests and staff in a warm, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain consistent attendance in line with company standards, adapting to the hotel's scheduling needs.
  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Deliver turndown service to designated guest rooms and suites.
  • Refresh and clean guest rooms as necessary.
  • Restock guest rooms according to shift requirements.
  • Complete pre-cleaning tasks, including organizing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for housekeeping carts.
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from guest accommodations.
  • Ensure hallways, public areas, and storage closets are kept clean and tidy.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
  • Follow all directives from the Housekeeping Manager and perform additional duties as assigned.
