Job Summary
Twice Daily is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Store Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in leading store operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, team members, and vendors on a daily basis. Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in leading and coaching team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement
- Ensure excellent customer experiences through proactive issue resolution and effective communication
- Manage store inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock
- Perform cash handling duties, including making change and balancing the cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning the bathroom and fuel dispensers

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering results
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred

Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year (dependent on experience)
