Job Summary: The MetroHealth System at Case Western Reserve University is seeking a dynamic and experienced clinical faculty member to lead the rheumatology fellowship program.
About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a clinical faculty member at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the rheumatology fellowship program, providing clinical care, teaching, and participating in research and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the rheumatology fellowship program and provide guidance to fellows
- Provide clinical care to patients with rheumatic diseases
- Teach and mentor residents, medical students, and fellows
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives within the division and institution
- Collaborate with other departments and institutions to advance the field of rheumatology
Requirements:
- Board certification in Rheumatology
- Eligibility for academic appointment at Case Western Reserve University
- Strong clinical and teaching skills
- Experience in research and quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
