As a Truck Driver CDL A Home Daily, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination vehicle to transport goods and materials from one location to another. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination vehicle to transport goods and materials from one location to another.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including hours of service, weight limits, and safety standards.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Load and unload cargo, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
  • Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers to coordinate routes and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of hours worked, miles driven, and cargo transported.
Requirements:
  • Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
