Job Title: Urology APP

The Cayuga Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Provider to join our Urology team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with our physicians to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient history and physical examinations to diagnose and treat acute and chronic health problems.
  • Order and interpret laboratory and radiology tests to inform treatment decisions.
  • Prescribe medication, including controlled substances, as delegated in a collaborative practice agreement.
  • Document patient assessment, management, and education clearly and concisely in the medical record.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide feedback on findings and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Current NYS license and board certification.
  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
  • Current BLS Certification.
