Job SummaryWe are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at the Orlando Vineland location. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building brand equity, and executing operational tasks to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, ensuring exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Understand and communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and ensure selling floor is stocked throughout the day.
- Execute operational tasks as per company directives and adhere to visual directives to maintain store standards.
- Be knowledgeable of stock, including quantity, and assist with back-of-house and front-of-house stock organization.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail industry, with professional selling experience preferred.
- High school degree preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing for extended periods, safely lifting boxes up to 60 pounds, and comfortable climbing ladders.
- Courage: Provide current, direct, complete, and actionable feedback to others.
- Creativity: Come up with new and unique ideas and make connections among previously unrelated notions.
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
