About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Assistant II to join our care team at Fairwinds Spokane. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Resident Care: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication assistance and/or medication administration as allowed by state statute.
  • Orientation and Support: Provide orientation and support to new resident assistants.
  • Shift Leadership: May act as shift lead as established by community standard.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year demonstrated experience as a caregiver.
  • Training and Education: Must have completed, or be enrolled in, specific medication training required by state statute. Completed other state-required education classes according to statute.
  • Certifications: CNA or Home Health Aide preferred.
