About the Role:
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Compuray Medical, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care using radionuclides to aid in diagnosis and treatment. Your advanced skills will enable you to perform a wide range of nuclear medicine procedures and data processing tasks, producing vital images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
You will exercise professional judgment while upholding medical ethics, ensuring patients receive the appropriate care necessary for successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures.
- Process and analyze data to create diagnostic images.
- Collaborate with licensed practitioners to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all patient interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of an AMA-approved radiologic technologist training program.
- National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (upon hire) or National Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine (upon hire).
- California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience within the last year, or at least 2 years of full-time experience with no more than a 1-year absence from nuclear medicine.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine (not required for recent graduates from an approved technician training program).
Compensation:
Base hourly: $45.50 to $70.90
Full-time position with comprehensive benefits
