Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As an Occupational Therapist with Adventist Health, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their maximum potential and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to patients, including exercises, activities, and education to promote physical, social, and mental well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and mentor occupational therapy assistants as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent required.
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field preferred.
  • Two years of occupational therapy experience preferred.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
