About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Aide to join our team at Galena Nursing Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop care plans
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 16 or high school graduate or equivalent
  • Certified Nurse Aide licensure (we offer training)
