About the Job:
We are looking for a Head Pharmacist to join our team at MEDI TECH RX LLC. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing excellent pharmaceutical care, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Dispensing Medications: Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients.
  • Patient Counseling: Provide detailed counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
  • Controlled Substances Management: Maintain accurate records and manage controlled substances responsibly.
  • Staff Training: Oversee and train pharmacy staff to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborative Care: Work with healthcare providers to manage and improve patient care.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock.
  • Insurance Processing: Handle insurance claims processing and reimbursement efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns professionally.

**Requirements:**
- A valid state required pharmacist license
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting

**Estimated Salary Range:** $130,000 - $160,000
