School Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable School Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Stellar Enterprises.

About the Role:

• Perform technical maintenance of the school building and its facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
• Monitor and maintain all building technology systems, including heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with the organization of events and provide support to school management, students, parents, and external companies.
• Organize, monitor, and supervise cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

Requirements:

• A completed apprenticeship in plumbing, heating, or electrical work, or a comparable qualification.
• Willingness to work outside of regular working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Sense of responsibility and willingness to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• High flexibility in work scheduling and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Organizational skills, reliability, resilience, and teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Class BE driver's license or desirable BCE.

• A full-time, permanent position (39 hours/week) in the public sector.
• Classification in pay group 7 TVöD, depending on personal qualifications.
• Payment of attractive hardship allowances for work in outdoor and indoor areas, as well as for winter service (€120.00/month flat).
