Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing a group of children and maintaining a daily routine/schedule.

The successful candidate will be able to create engaging activities and develop new skills in the children, while also promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.

A daily schedule will be provided, and we encourage the educator to work collaboratively with us to ensure its effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a group of children and maintain a safe and nurturing environment

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all children
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Early Childhood Education qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor's degree)
