The Underway Replenishment (UNREP) Department is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of advanced UNREP systems and continued sustainment of legacy UNREP systems. As an Engineering Support Technician, you will play a vital role in achieving these goals.

Your key responsibilities will include providing electrical technician engineering services for installation and maintenance support of the E-STREAM, current UNREP, and prototype UNREP systems. Reviewing and providing input to new or revised Technical Manuals, Engineering Drawings, and other technical documentation is also required.

Significant travel (>50% of the time) is required for this position, which involves visiting various CONUS/OCONUS locations and also being at sea for extended periods. To be eligible for this position, you must possess a DoD Secret security clearance.

You will be working in an office environment with desk/computer work, and may involve repetitive motion. Hands-on technical and instructor work in a waterfront/shipboard environment may also be required.

We are looking for a candidate with at least seven (7) years of recent, relevant experience providing naval electrical and similar support. Experience obtained in a shipyard, as a defense contractor, or as active duty military in a Navy, Coast Guard, or other DoD environment is preferred.
