As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assisting in maintaining specific store inventory. You will continually build and increase the business through great customer experiences and quality work.
A successful candidate for this role will have:
- Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles, able to provide an excellent customer experience, and able to connect with customers in a meaningful way.
- Initiative: Able to identify opportunities & issues and follow through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them.
- Selling: Able to work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Able to effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques so that they are retained.
You will interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience, service customer-owned instruments with high-level craftsmanship, maintain store-owned gear as requested, complete warranty repair work, and perform additional duties as assigned.
