Position Summary
As a Custodial Operations Manager, you will oversee and support the custodial team, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and guide custodial staff in their daily tasks.
2. Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards across all public spaces, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
3. Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by removing trash and debris.
4. Manage the safe disposal of bio-hazardous materials and ensure proper handling procedures are followed.
5. Oversee the maintenance and preventative care of cleaning equipment and supplies.
6. Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 or 21, depending on regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant cleaning experience.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically throughout the shift.
- Capability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary certifications as required by local regulations.
