Cake Decorator

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and delicious baked goods that exceed our customers' expectations.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of bakery operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
• Be an Expert: Develop and maintain expertise in cake decorating techniques, including piping, fondant work, and sugar art. Ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs.
• Be a Problem Solver: Identify and resolve issues related to production, inventory, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement solutions to improve bakery operations and customer experience.
• Be a Communicator: Effectively communicate with team members, managers, and customers to ensure seamless execution of bakery operations and customer satisfaction.
• Be a Learner: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cake decorating and bakery operations. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production area
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Cake decorating experience and knowledge of bakery operations are highly desirable.
