Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients while achieving optimal patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional medical care to patients, including routine check-ups, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and other meetings to ensure high standards of care.
  • Collaborate with regional management to promote The Little Clinic and increase patient utilization.
  • Manage clinic inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost-effective clinical operations.
  • Perform quality control on instrumentation and utilize company information systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Support the mentor program and maintain current nursing knowledge through ongoing education.
  • Provide coverage for other clinics in the region as needed and assigned by regional management.
  • Control costs to meet budgeted profitability goals and maintain a presence in the community through local nursing organizations and outreach programs.
Requirements
  • Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active license, AANP or ANCC certification, and credentialing in the state of employment.
  • Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize.
  • Good computer skills, with electronic medical record experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel independently and remain confidential.
  • Valid driver's license.
