Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's Degree and 3+ years of experience in an IT Support role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in an IT Support Lead, Training, or equivalent role, with a strong aptitude to quickly learn technical concepts and communicate to technical and non-technical users.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and prioritize duties effectively.
Preferred Skills
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience working on a technology team in support of end users, with a working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Platform Expertise: Experience with macOS, Windows, and iOS.
