Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Advocare, LLC is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of physicians and clinical services managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments.
  • Maintain exam rooms and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
  • Observe, record, and report patient conditions and reactions to medications and treatments.
  • Education patients and families about diagnostic procedures, medications, and health and wellness.
  • Ensure appointment preferences are given to patients in emergency situations.
  • Respond to patient treatment-related phone calls and instruct patients on medication and treatment instructions.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines, and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license
  • Completion of an approved LPN program
  • Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience, clinic experience preferred
  • CPR certification
