Mental Health Program Director Position Summary: Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Program Director to lead our Safe Spaces & Westside Children's Counseling programs in Jersey City, NJ. The successful candidate will oversee clinical service delivery, maintain accountability for professional standards, and develop policies and procedures related to clinical services.

About the Role:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to clinical services
- Provide clinical supervision to staff and perform clinical assessments
- Maintain accountability for professional standards within the program

Requirements:
- Master's degree
- Valid New Jersey LCSW license

The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
