Job Overview:

  • Facilitate and streamline the movement of materials from suppliers and across departments in alignment with production timelines.
  • Develop and manage material and production requirements.
  • Roles necessitating comprehension of concepts, methodologies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee master planning, material workflows, and systems; prepare and revise production schedules and procurement requirements.
  • Accountable for the management of the shipping and receiving operations.
  • Supervise the material requirements for fabrication processes.
  • Ensure that operations are in sync with production plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Enhance inventory management and implement process improvements.
  • Expected to address challenges using acquired knowledge, guided by established precedents.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members from various business units.
  • Engage in discussions under guidance, focusing on specifying activities, planning, and providing technical explanations.
  • Maintain communication with the immediate team and supervisors.
  • Present metrics, project updates, and research findings to internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
