Overview: As a sales associate in Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, Sporting Goods -- or any one of our dozens of departments -- you have the opportunity to make someone's day better. You'll be responsible for keeping your aisles neat and clean, working with multiple supervisors and fellow associates, stocking shelves, and answering tricky questions. The more you know about the store, the more successful you'll be.

Salary: The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00. Your actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Job Description: As a sales associate, you will walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders. You will review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor, ensure customer orders are filled accurately, smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude, and dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions.

Estimated Salary**: Based on the hourly wage range and assuming 40 hours of work per week, your estimated annual salary would be between $29,120 and $54,080.

Benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment.
