Exceptional Guest Service

The Server position at AEG offers an exceptional opportunity to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction and exceed their expectations.
  • Provide personal service and attention to detail that is unmatched in the industry.
  • Serve food, beverages, and other items to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Clear and clean tables, run food, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

A competitive salary of $16.00 per hour plus tips.
