We're looking for a highly skilled Structural Fitter to join our team at Lexicon, Inc. As a key member of our fabrication team, you'll play a critical role in crafting precision parts according to shop drawings and industry standards.

Role Responsibilities
  • Meticulously laying out and assembling fabricated components, ensuring they meet the exact specifications outlined by AISC and AWS.
  • Locating and marking centerline and reference points onto floor or face block and transposing them to work piece.
Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent with a certificate from Vo-Tech or Trade school in mechanics.
  • Must be able to fit most structural steel including beams, columns, braces, and simple frames.
  • Excellent math skills required.
  • Ability to pass a tape measure test is required.
