Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our esteemed healthcare organization.

Compensation:
Competitive salary starting at $175K plus production incentives (salary encompasses newborn rounding and on-call duties).

Role Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will work in a patient-centered pediatric outpatient clinic, collaborating with a team of Pediatricians, Advanced Practice Clinicians, Behavioral Health Professionals, and Nursing staff. You will provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents under the guidance of our Clinical Site Director.

Your role will involve leading a healthcare team to promote wellness, manage illnesses, and enhance the overall health of our patients. This position also offers the opportunity to mentor Resident Physicians and medical students.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited Medical School and completed a Pediatric Residency Program. A valid WA State Medical License, DEA registration, and Board Certification/Eligibility in Pediatrics are essential. Experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers or Community Health Centers, as well as working with underserved populations, is advantageous.

Applicants must not have restrictions on participation in Medicaid or Medicare programs and should be able to obtain credentials from relevant health plans. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus. We welcome applications from individuals requiring work visas.
