Fleet Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Trainer / Technician to join our team at Precise Systems in Crane, Indiana.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical training and experience in developing and delivering training programs. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Alternate ISEA instructor, traveling with a government trainer
• Assist in developing, updating, and reviewing training documents
• Backup for scheduling and coordinating training
• Backup for meetings
• Assist with reviewing and providing updates for Technical Manual

Preferred Qualifications:

• Seven (7) years of related professional experience performing duties described in the functional description
• Experience as a military instructor
• Curriculum development experience
• Hands-on technical experience
• Willingness to travel
• Good communication skills
• Technical background to learn and teach the system

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical Field

Security Clearance:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
