Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Consultant to join our team at North Star Resource Group. As a Financial Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, tracking and monitoring communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given.
  • Develop and provide financial advice and strategies tailored to client risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations, such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products.
  • Gather each client's financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations.
  • Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects.
Requirements
  • Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred.
  • Program proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
