Position Overview

We are in search of committed and empathetic caregivers who have a genuine desire to assist others, particularly the elderly population. The primary duties associated with this position include supporting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which encompass personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, as well as light housekeeping, running errands, and preparing meals.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly wages ranging from $15 to $20, with payments made semimonthly
  • Flexible part-time scheduling that allows for personal customization

  • Paid training sessions and an efficient hiring process for a swift onboarding
  • Incentives for performance and bonuses for referrals
  • Option for Daily Pay available
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with essential daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support with household tasks including meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Report any changes in clients' health status to the supervising nurse
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Follow safety and infection control protocols diligently
  • Uphold client confidentiality and privacy at all times
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in caregiving is preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to accurately follow care plans and instructions
  • Must be compassionate, patient, and genuinely interested in helping others
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
