Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00-$25.00 per hour, plus excellent benefits, including health insurance options, dental and vision coverage, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, disability insurance, supplemental life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to the first 6% of your contributions. You will also receive 7 paid holidays, 2 paid personal days, and 10 paid vacation days.


About the Job

The Customer Service Coordinator - HVAC will be responsible for communicating customer needs and service histories to field employees. This individual must dispatch area technicians, maintain databases per company policies and procedures, ensure efficiency of field employees, and provide proper support and communication to both internal and external customers.


Responsibilities
  • Keep dispatch boards (manual & electronic) current at all times.
  • Follow the set process flow for managing all customer requests.
  • Communicate required information to the field and management per company policy.
  • Support field personnel and management on customer and company requirements, as well as completing tasks and calls in an expeditious manner.
  • Treat all customers and employees with respect.
  • Data entry of service performance and information, and updates to customers.
  • Schedule in an efficient manner, with RMS support.
  • Proper purchasing and PO issuing as needed to support the market.
  • Clear new calls and history after scheduling approval from RSM.
  • Verification of IVR, check-in/out for all customers with technicians.
  • Ensuring all technicians get the parts required to perform service.

  • Extremely high level of urgency to resolve problems.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of computer skills, proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to focus on desired results.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Must demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage time.
  • Previous dispatcher experience, preferably in the service industry.
