We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Emory Decatur's 32-bed open ICU. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program
