Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Chicago, Illinois.

Job Description:

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist with Supplemental Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality respiratory care services to patients in need. Your expertise will be valued and respected, and you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing respiratory care services to individual patients and their families
  • Responding to medical emergencies throughout the facility
  • Performing routine maintenance on equipment
Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • 1-2 years minimum acute care experience
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle a multi-task environment
  • Basic PC skills such as Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment
