POSITION SUMMARY
+ The Healthcare Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the daily functions of a hospital-based Asset360 initiative, which encompasses managing client relationships and supervising staff. This role is pivotal in optimizing equipment usage, managing inventory and supplies, and engaging in revenue enhancement activities to meet both short-term and long-term financial and operational goals.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Healthcare Operations Supervisor I:
+ Actively manages the on-site service program (i.e., Asset360) and provides leadership and guidance to all on-site personnel to ensure that business objectives are met.
+ Collaborates with internal teams during client meetings to drive revenue growth, cost management, and service expansion.
+ Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of medical equipment and conducts training sessions for both company and client staff.
+ Oversees equipment inventory and maintains par levels in accordance with contract stipulations, pricing, and policies.
+ Manages lost and missing equipment, accessories, and software updates.
+ Conducts audits and periodic internal reviews to ensure adherence to sound business management practices.
+ Upholds patient privacy regulations in all dealings.
+ Participates in hospital committees (e.g., Infection Control, Quality Control, Product Evaluation, Safety and Security Committees) and integrates relevant hospital protocols into daily operations.
+ Operates with a proactive stance towards safety, health, and quality, complying with all company, governmental, and client policies and regulations.
+ Recruits, trains, and develops staff, providing cross-training and ongoing feedback to foster continuous improvement and teamwork.
+ Encourages communication among team members to enhance visibility for internal staff and clients.
+ Makes informed and timely decisions.
+ Develops staffing and on-call schedules based on operational demand.
+ Holds self and team accountable for task completion.
+ Demonstrates effective conflict resolution skills, addressing customer and staff concerns, discrepancies, and disagreements.
+ Ensures precise documentation for billing and regulatory compliance.
+ Understands billing processes for account invoices and assists with accounts receivable collections.
+ Performs additional assigned duties.
Healthcare Operations Supervisor II:
In addition to all responsibilities of Healthcare Operations Supervisor I:
+ Manages Asset360 programs that are classified as Tier 1 based on revenue size, complexity, and staffing requirements.
+ Trains, mentors, and onboards new Healthcare Operations Supervisors.
+ Acts as a member of the training team for other division/region personnel.
+ Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple sites effectively.
+ Utilizes customer-facing skills to strengthen relationships within the program and excels in initiating solution-oriented discussions.
+ Recognized as a subject matter expert in Asset360, medical equipment, and office policies and procedures.
+ Engages in new Asset360 implementations.
+ Exhibits a superior understanding of service offerings and contractual obligations.
+ Demonstrates excellent presentation skills, conducting annual and quarterly client reviews and in-services, and is comfortable in group settings.
+ Initiates and successfully implements continuous improvement initiatives in office and account management, showcasing a high level of sales aptitude with clients and identifying opportunities for review as part of territory planning.
Healthcare Operations Supervisor III:
In addition to all responsibilities of Healthcare Operations Supervisor II:
+ Leads teams of leaders.
+ Travels across multiple states to service accounts.
+ Reports directly to the Divisional Operations Director.
+ Ensures compliance with contractual obligations.
+ Standardizes all programs within the division to established processes.
+ Develops extensive client relationships.
+ Collaborates with key sales representatives to expand new business segments.
+ Establishes an account maturity index.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience and customer service excellence.
+ Prior experience in a hospital environment preferred.
+ Knowledge of the healthcare sector; familiarity with hospital medical equipment is preferred.
+ Business and financial management skills to assist with contract management and account margin maintenance.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
+ Effectively builds credibility and trust with client administration, clinicians, and staff.
+ Possesses a quality-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
+ Understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and customer profitability reports.
+ Experience in a time-sensitive environment.
+ Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as nights and emergency off-hours as required.
+ Valid driver’s license.
+ Ability to lift and/or push 75 pounds.
+ Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
+ Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills (listening, writing, and speaking).
