Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality menu plans that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our residents.
- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with our nutrition team to create innovative and nutritious meal options.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
