Position Summary:
We are currently seeking qualified IRONWORKERS/ERECTORS/CERTIFIED WELDERS. Candidates must possess personal tools such as spud wrenches, bolt bags, welding hoods, gloves, rod bags, chipping hammers, leather sleeves, and clamps. Certification in 3F and 4F welding, as well as 3G and 4G, is required. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation. Reliable transportation is essential. Only candidates who meet the qualifications will be considered.
Requirements:
- High school diploma is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Able to work along the Wasatch Front.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests thereafter.
- Must pass a background check.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
Work Schedule:
Standard work hours are 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and overtime as required until tasks are completed. Shifts may vary (day, swing, and night) based on management's discretion.
Safety Responsibilities:
Employees must familiarize themselves with Hogan's safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Maintaining a fitness level adequate for the workload is essential. Employees must become Hogan certified before operating any equipment. A strong awareness of personal safety and the safety of colleagues is required. Participation in daily production and safety meetings is mandatory.
