Commercial HVAC Technician Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial heating and cooling equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service and installation, with a focus on commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including rooftops, furnaces, central air conditioners, and commercial refrigeration equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in HVAC service and installation, or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience.
  • Strong background in commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • CFC Certification and ability to work with various types of HVAC equipment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

Physical Demands:
