Radiologic Technologist

Nao Medical is seeking a skilled and dedicated X-ray Technician to provide exceptional diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures following established protocols to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results.
• Prepare and position patients for X-ray examinations, prioritizing their safety and comfort throughout the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide timely and precise diagnostic information.
• Maintain and operate radiographic equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order and adhering to safety standards.
• Efficiently manage administrative tasks, such as patient records, documentation, and appointment scheduling, as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with compassion and professionalism.
• Adhere to clinic rules, company policies, and brand standards to maintain compliance and uphold professional standards.
• Embrace personal and professional growth, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge through collaboration and learning.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Valid New York State X-ray Technologist license.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Proficient knowledge of radiographic equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English (preferred but not required).
• Experience with digital imaging systems (PACS) (preferred but not required).
• Tech-savvy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality imaging results.
• Empathetic and patient, capable of effectively handling diverse personalities and situations.
