Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Roberts Centre. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Dish Machine: Set up and operate the dish machine to wash soiled dishes, silverware, glasses, and other service ware according to company procedures.
  • Pre-Rinse and Soak: Pre-rinse dishes and glassware, and pre-soak silverware as instructed.
  • Scrape and Separate: Scrape dishes as needed and separate refuse for garbage can from scraps to be run through disposal.
  • Maintain Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a steady pace with demand for dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and lexan tubs, while observing careful work habits and conditions in areas of sanitation, safety, breakage, and waste control.
  • Closing Procedures: Follow closing procedures on the break-down of the dish machine and participate in additional maintenance and cleaning chores as directed.
  • General Maintenance: Sweep and mop floor as needed and at the end of the shift.
Requirements
  • Previous Restaurant Experience: Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
  • Highly Organized: Must be highly organized and able to multi-task.
