Job Description
We seek an experienced Clinical Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our nursing services and staff. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality and compliance with policies and standards, leading and developing your team, and fostering a collaborative environment. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in healthcare leadership and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for:
• Managing daily operations
• Developing and implementing departmental goals
• Supervising and evaluating staff
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensuring regulatory compliance

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare leadership experience
• RN license in good standing in the state of employment
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification

Salary Range
We offer a competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
