**Job Description**

This role involves assisting a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in providing direct and indirect therapy services to an assigned caseload. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the SLP in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for students with communication disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including assessing their needs and progress
  • Work closely with the SLP and other educators to ensure seamless integration of therapy services into the classroom setting

**Requirements**

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 1+ years' experience as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant
  • An active North Carolina state SLPA license
