We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to contribute to our team at AnyPlace MD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to determine diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement physical therapy programs to improve or restore physical functioning.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Conduct tests to measure strength, motor development, and other functional capacities.
  • Educate patients on exercises and therapeutic activities for continued care at home.
  • Record prognosis, treatment outcomes, and progress in patients' medical charts.
  • Set goals and anticipate progress, conducting regular reevaluations to ensure maximum benefit.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current, valid, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist issued by the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy.
  • Completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy.
  • Completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.
  • At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong clinical judgment and a passion for helping patients achieve their functional goals.
