Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, developing tailored treatment plans and goals.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation, including initial evaluations, daily treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
- Provide patient education and supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
- Participate in treatment plan reviews, patient case conferences, and staffing with physicians.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physical therapy license in good standing or diploma to practice physical therapy in Colorado.
- Current CPR certification.
- Willingness to provide coverage to our Loveland, Greeley, and Fort Collins clinics.
