Role Responsibilities:

- Delivering expert oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Exhibiting in-depth knowledge of commercial equipment to clients.
- Ensuring timely completion of project schedules.
- Managing customer budgets, specifications, and requests effectively.
- Achieving sales targets through exceptional customer service.
- Overseeing inventory management and procurement processes.
- Coordinating the distribution of materials.
- Conducting site inspections to accurately assess and formulate estimates and installation strategies.
- Maintaining compliance and documentation for all projects.
- Coordinating the necessary materials and labor for each assignment.
- Ensuring all customer contract requirements are met with precision.
- Supervising project execution with a focus on quality service.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for all project aspects.
- Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial door installation.
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction estimation, particularly in doors and hardware or similar products.
- Intermediate proficiency in database management (Microsoft Office and industry-specific software).
- Advanced understanding of commercial installation processes.
- High accuracy in product specifications and details.
