Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop control systems using AutoCAD, including power distribution, PLC configurations, panels, pneumatics, hydraulics, and instrumentation.
  • Develop tailored software solutions for projects, leveraging your expertise in PLC programming and HMI proficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers to manage budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Provide solutions during project construction, ensuring seamless integration of control systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to drive team success.
  • Create project schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project delivery.
  • Debug software and ensure production readiness, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Assist in project installation, ensuring smooth execution and handover.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in PLC programming, including Allen Bradley models (CompactLogix, ControlLogix, SLC 500, etc.) and Siemens 416.
  • Proficiency in HMI, including Allen Bradley Panelview, Panelview Plus, Siemens TP, and OP Series.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (Ethernet I/P, ControlNet, Profibus, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Variable Frequency Drives and robotics skills, including understanding of Linear Actuators.
