Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in emergency situations, such as cardiac arrests and trauma cases.
- Document patient information and treatment plans in the medical record.
- 2 years of experience in the Emergency Room.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, including every 3rd weekend.
- Ability to float to a free-standing ER as needed.
