Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Wellness Advisor to join our team at Sunnyside River North in Chicago, IL. As a Wellness Advisor, you will be responsible for advising customers on selecting the right cannabis products for their needs, while ensuring a best-in-class experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and build relationships through active listening and product education
  • Assist customers in selecting products through effective selling and cross-selling techniques
  • Verify customer documentation and ID, and ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Perform accurate cash handling and maintain accurate records of dispensary activities
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensure security measures are in place
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail/hospitality
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
  • Ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
