Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work with adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical oversight and consultation to programs regarding health and wellness practices.
- Assess and provide individualized education related to health and disease processes.
- Review clinical records to ensure adequate services and supports are provided.
- Supervise the Medication Administration Program and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Supervise the Licensed Practitioner Nurse team.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving history.
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with adults with mental health and psychiatric disorders preferred.
